体育服饰用聚氨酯超细纤维合成革的改性制备及染色均匀性研究

摘要 聚氨酯超细纤维合成革因染料上染难度大,由染料沉淀完成上色,以致染色均匀性与显色性较差,颜色鲜艳度不够,水洗牢度不达标,造成合成革类体育服饰外观性能欠佳。为解决体育服饰用超细纤维合成革染色不均匀、不透彻的问题,聚氨酯染色时既要选择合适染料与添加剂,又要严格控制染料浓度,及染色温度与时间。本文从改性制备体育服饰用聚氨酯超细纤维合成革着手,对其染色均匀性进行了改善。结果表明,染料酸性蓝用于合成革试样染色的上染率最高,染浴pH值为4.5,染料用量为3 g,染色温度95℃,持温时间45 min时合成革试样的染色效果最佳。 Polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather is dfficult to dye,and the coloring is completed by dye precipitation,resulting in poor dyeing uniformity and color rendering,insufficient color vividness,and unsatisfactory washing fastness,leading to poor appearance performance of synthetic leather sportswear.In order to solve the problem ofuneven and incomplete dyeing of microfiber synthetic leather for sportswear,it is necessary to select suitable dyes andadditives,and strictly control the dye concentration,dyeing temperature,and time when dyeing polyurethane.Thispaper focused on the modified preparation of polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather for sportswear,and improved itsdyeing uniformity.The results show that the dye acid blue has the highest dye uptake rate for synthetic leather dyeing,and the overall dyeing effect of synthetic leather is the best when the dye bath pH value is 4.5,the dye dosage is 3 g,the dyeing temperature is 95℃,and the holding time is 45 min.
