摘要
公路数字化转型对现代公路养护从业者的技术技能提出了新的要求和挑战。现通过多维度调研,重点分析了公路养护职业行动领域的劳动要素特征和职业能力,构建了现代公路养护技术技能人才的五维职业能力结构模型,并提出了职前教育与职后培训有机结合的现代公路养护技术技能人才培养策略,以适应公路数字化转型的需求。
The digital transformation of highway infrastructure poses new challenges to the professional competency requirements for highway maintenance practitioners.Through multi-dimensional investigation,this study systematically analyzes the characteristics of labor elements and professional competencies in the occupational action domains of highway maintenance.A five-dimensional professional competency structure model for contemporary road maintenance technicians has been constructed.The paper proposes an integrated talent development strategy that combines pre-service education with post-service training,aiming to cultivate technical professionals capable of meeting the demands of digital transformation in highway maintenance.
