协同治理视域下高校档案文献遗产分众传播模式构建研究

Exploration and Analysis of the Construction of a Segmented Communication Model for University Archival Documentary Heritage from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance

摘要 随着我国经济社会快速发展,档案文献遗产传播模式迎来重大的转换调整期。传统的档案文献遗产传播模式已经不能适应时代的要求,从过去的单一传播主体主导的单向传播模式转化为更加高效、更具影响力、更加惠民利民的适应新时代的传播模式是时代性的课题。高校档案文献遗产作为国家文化资源的重要组成部分,其传播与利用不仅关乎学术研究与历史记忆的延续,更是国家筑牢文化自信根基、服务科技创新、增强国际话语权、培育高素质人才的重要支撑。本文在协同治理的视域下,以分众传播作为实施手段,探究多元主体参与合作,针对不同群体进行个性化信息传播,把传播链条中主体、内容、媒介、受众、效果各环节统一于传播过程,达到提升高校档案文献遗产开发利用水平的目的,更好地服务于高校立德树人的根本任务。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the dissemination model of archival documentary heritage is undergoing significant transformation and adjustment.Traditional dissemination models of archival documentary heritage can no longer meet contemporary demands,making the transition from the one-way communication model dominated by a single dissemination entity in the past to a new-era model that is more efficient,impactful,and public-benefiting a critical imperative of our times.As an important component of national cultural resources,the dissemination and utilization of university archival heritage not only concerns academic research and the continuation of historical memory,but also serves as vital support for strengthening cultural confidence,facilitating scientific innovation,enhancing international discourse power,and cultivating high-quality talents.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper employs segmented communication as an implementation strategy.Taking the segmented communication of archival heritage from the Beijing Institute of Mining Technology period as a case study,it explores multi-agent participation and cooperation.By conducting personalized information dissemination for different groups,this research integrates the key elements of communication-subject,content,media,audience,and effect-into the dissemination process.The study aims to enhance the development and utilization level of university archival documentary heritage,thereby better serving the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education in higher institutions.
