摘要
本文总结1例阿拉杰里综合征患儿行同种异体原位肝移植术后并发移植物抗宿主病的护理实践经验。护理要点包括皮肤管理、腹泻管理、预防感染、预防排斥反应、营养支持及心理护理。经多学科团队协同干预,患儿术后28天肝功能指标基本恢复正常范围,生命体征平稳,好转出院。
This article summarizes the nursing care of a child with Alagille syndrome who de⁃veloped graft-versus-host disease after undergoing allogeneic liver transplantation.Key issues of nursing included skin management,diarrhea management,prevention of infection and rejection,nutritional support,and psychological care.Through multidisciplinary team collaboration,the to⁃tal bilirubin and ALT/AST returned to normal range,and child had stable vital signs and was dis⁃charged 20 days after surgery.
