摘要
数字经济时代背景下,现代商贸物流与信息技术的深度融合对复合型人才培养提出了新要求。文中以“数智商融”为核心理念,探讨现代商贸物流与信息技术专业群的构建逻辑与实践路径。通过分析产业智能化、数字化发展趋势,提出以“数字技术驱动、智能化应用、商贸领域服务、多维度融合”为组群逻辑,构建“平台+模块+方向”的课程体系,整合跨专业共享资源,并推进“双师型”师资队伍与校企协同实训基地建设。在教学方法方面,创新采用项目化教学、线上线下混合式教学、案例教学及企业导师制,强化实践能力与职业素养培养;在人才培养模式方面,实施“德技并修”理念、“1+X”证书制度及“产教融合、工学结合”机制,旨在培养具备数字素养、跨专业协作能力和创新能力的复合型人才。研究表明,专业群建设需以产业需求为导向,深化校企协同,优化资源配置,持续推动课程与教学模式改革,从而为商贸物流与信息技术产业的融合发展提供高质量人才支撑。
In the digital economy era,the deep integration of modern commerce logistics and information technology(IT)puts forward new requirements for compound talent cultivation.Regarding the“Smart Business Integration(SBI)”as the core concept,this study investigates the structural logic and implementation strategies for the professional group in modern commerce logistics and IT.By analyzing the trends in industrial intelligence and digitalization,taking“digital technology driving,intelligent application,serving for commerce field,and multidimensional integration”as the group logic,the curriculum system of“platform+modular+direction”is constructed,and the construction of“dual-qualified”teacher team,and university-enterprise collaboration training bases is promoted.In terms of teaching methods,project-driven learning,online and offline hybrid teaching,case teaching,and enterprise mentorship system are innovatively adopted to enhance practical competencies and professional quality cultivation;in terms of talent cultivation models,the ethical-technical synergy concept,“1+X”certification system,and“industry-education integration,and learning-working combination”are implemented to foster compound talents equipped with digital literacy,cross-disciplinary collaboration ability,and innovation ability.The findings indicate that the professional group construction should be guided by industry demands,deepen university-enterprise collaboration,optimize resource allocation,and continuously promote the reform on curriculum and teaching model,so as to provide the high-quality talent support for the industrial integration development of commerce logistics and information technology.
