摘要
以工程公司为研究对象,基于ISO 37301《合规管理体系要求及使用指南》与《中央企业合规管理办法》,当前企业面临的合规管理挑战,结合系统阐述其合规管理体系的构建逻辑、实施路径及评价改进机制。尤其结合工程建设企业特点,将合规管理要求融入项目全过程管理,为工程建设企业合规体系建设提供理论与实践参考,助力企业提升合规治理能力。
Taking engineering companies as the research object,this paper systematically expounds the construction logic,implementation pathways,and evaluation and improvement mechanisms of compliance management systems based on compliance management challenges faced by the companies according to ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems-Requirements with Guidelines for use and the Rules for the Compliance Management of Central Enterprises.Compliance management requirements are integrated into the whole process management of projects by leveraging the characteristics of engineering construction enterprises,providing theoretical and practical references for the construction of compliance management systems for engineering construction enterprises and helping them enhance their compliance governance capabilities.
