摘要
探讨坡向对杉木-闽楠复层异龄林中闽楠幼树生长与抗逆性的影响,为复层林的科学经营提供依据。在湖南省永州市金洞国有林场选取北坡(T1)、西坡(T2)、南坡(T3)的40年生杉木/12年生闽楠幼树复层异龄林为研究对象,对闽楠幼树的生长和生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:南坡闽楠幼树生长最优,树龄13 a时的胸径、树高、单位面积蓄积量分别达到13.64 cm、12.42 m、51.26 m^(3)·hm^(-2),分别比北坡高26.88%、19.88%、45.29%;其胸径、树高、单位面积蓄积量的年增长量也最高,分别为北坡的1.70、1.27、1.65倍;西坡介于南北坡之间。南坡闽楠幼树的SOD、CAT、POD活性最高(6月份分别为402.22、85.31、6478.51 U·g^(-1)),SP含量最高(8.91 mg·g^(-1),比北坡高20.90%),MDA、SS和Pro的含量均最低(分别为2.46μmol·g^(-1)、16.55 mg·g^(-1)、22.93μg·g^(-1),为北坡的20.97%、80.38%、80.34%)。南坡的闽楠幼树受到的氧化损伤程度最低;北坡闽楠幼树的抗氧化酶活性低,受到的氧化损伤大。在现有杉木保留密度条件下,南坡是最适宜闽楠幼树生长的坡向。
This study investigated the effects of different slope aspects on the growth and stress resistance of Phoebe bournei younglings in Cunninghamia lanceolata and P.bournei uneven-aged mixed forests to provide scientific guidance for sustainable forest management.Taking the 40-year-old C.lanceolata/12-year-old P.bournei uneven-aged mixed forests in Yongzhou Jindong State-owned Forest Farm,Hunan Province as the research objects,the stands on the north slope(T1),west slope(T2),and south slope(T3)were selected,and the growth and physiological indicators of P.bournei younglings were determined.The results showed that P.bournei younglings on the south slope grew best,The diameter at breast height(DBH),tree height,and standing volume per unit area of 13-year-old younglings growing on the south slope reached 13.64 cm,12.42 m,and 51.26 m^(3)·hm^(-2),respectively,which were 26.88%,19.88%,and 45.29%higher than those on the north slope,respectively.Additionally,the annual increments of DBH,tree height,and standing volume were the highest,being 1.70,1.27 and 1.65 times of those of the north slope,respectively,while the west slope showed intermediate performance.The activities of SOD,CAT and POD of P.bournei younglings on the south slope were the highest in June(402.22,85.31 and 6478.51 U·g^(-1) respectively),and the content of SP was the highest(8.91 mg·g^(-1),20.90%higher than that on the north slope).The contents of MDA,SS and Pro were the lowest(2.46μmol·g^(-1),16.55 mg·g^(-1) and 22.93μg·g^(-1) respectively,which were 20.97%,80.38%and 80.34%of those on the north slope respectively).P.bournei younglings on the south slope had high antioxidant enzyme activity,and exhibited minimal oxidative damage,while those on the north slope showed lower antioxidant enzyme activity and suffered more oxidative damage.The south slope is the most suitable slope aspect for the growth of P.bournei younglings under the current condition of C.lanceolata reserve density.
