摘要
自20世纪80年代我国提出建设一流大学后,一流大学建设在方向、内容和评价等方面始终体现本土选择。20世纪90年代,大学联盟的兴起,在动因层面,是源于破解体制机制障碍;在本质层面,是一种抱团发展的松散型组织方式;在价值层面,是实现高等教育资源增值的一种途径;在方法层面,是建立共享与共存的一种模式。当下,我国已进入省域集体行动的高水平大学群体建设阶段,省域高水平大学群体发展既有竞争也有合作,表现出生态位的共生发展特点,体现了省域层面的集体意识。基于生态位视角的省域高水平大学群体建设的未来走向,一是视域突破,构建“宏观—中观—微观”的生态评价体系;二是扎根本土,凸显“方位—制度—实践”的中国式样态。
Since the proposal of constructing“world-class universities”in the 1980s,China’s construction of first-class universities has always embodied local choices in terms of direction,content,and evaluation.In the 1990s,university alliances emerged.At the motivational level,they stemmed from the effort to overcome obstacles of the in⁃stitutional mechanism.At the essential level,they represented a loose organizational model for collective develop⁃ment.At the value level,they contributed to enhancing the value of local higher education resources.At the metho-dological level,they attempted to establish a cooperative model based on sharing and coexistence.Currently,China has entered the stage of constructing“high-level university groups”through provincial-level collective action.The development of provincial high-level university groups involves both competition and cooperation,which shows the characteristics of symbiotic growth and embodies the collective consciousness at the provincial level.Looking ahead,constructing provincial high-level university groups from an ecological niche perspective requires the following two directions:firstly,breaking through the perspective constraints to establish a comprehensive“macro-meso-micro”ecological evaluation system;secondly,rooting in the local context to highlight a Chinese-style model of“orientation-institution-practice”.
