金沙江下游梯级水库蓄水期末预留库容与蓄满次序研究

Study on Reserved Storage Capacity and Filling Sequence at the End of Storage Period of Cascade Reservoirs in the Lower Reaches of Jinsha River

摘要 由于蓄水期末水库水位较高,当水库来流偏大时,易导致水库发生弃水;但若水库保持较低水位,水电站的发电效益将会受到影响。因此,采用预留库容及梯级水库错时蓄水的方法可实现在不弃水或尽可能晚弃水的前提下提高发电量。通过分析金沙江下游梯级水库各库发生弃水的情景,结合各库不同的调度需求,推算出各库在不同时段所需预留的库容,以求得的预留库容作为约束,建立了考虑弃水电量损失的水电站出力最大模型,并基于POA耦合GA算法求解了各水库在蓄水期末的水位变化过程,从中提取了各水库在不同的来流情景下的蓄满次序及蓄满时机。研究结果可为梯级水库蓄水期末的水库调度提供一定的参考。 Due to the high water level of the reservoir at the end of the storage period,when the inflow of the reservoir is too large,it is easy to cause the reservoir to abandon water.However,if the reservoir maintains a low water level,the power generation efficiency of the hydropower station will be affected.Therefore,the method of reserving storage capacity and staggered storage of cascade reservoirs is adopted to improve power generation without abandoning water or abandoning water as late as possible.By analyzing the scenarios of abandoned water in each reservoir of the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River,combined with the different scheduling requirements of each reservoir,the reserve capacity of each reservoir in different periods is calculated,and the reserve capacity obtained is used as a constraint.The maximum output model of hydropower stations considering the loss of abandoned hydropower capaci-ty is established,and the water level change process of each reservoir at the end of the storage period is solved based on the POA coupled GA algorithm.The order and timing of full storage of each reservoir under different inflow scenarios are extracted.The research results can provide reference for reservoir operation at the end of the storage period of cascade reservoirs.
