摘要
目的:探讨基于全景视频技术的CBL教学方法在医学本科生介入放射学教学中的应用效果。方法:将56名医学影像学专业本科生随机分为试验组(n=28)和对照组(n=28),分别采用基于全景视频技术的CBL教学方法和传统CBL教学方法,比较两组的教学效果及教学满意度。结果:试验组的理论和实践技能考试成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且教学效果评价也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于全景视频技术的CBL教学方法在介入放射学本科教学中的应用效果显著优于传统CBL教学方法,值得推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a Case-Based Learning(CBL)teaching method incorporating panoramic video technology in undergraduate interventional radiology education.Methods:A total of 56 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=28)and a control group(n=28).The experimental group was taught using CBL integrated with panoramic video technology,while the control group received traditional CBL instruction.The two groups were compared in terms of teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction.Results:The experimental group scored significantly higher in both theoretical and practical skills examinations than the control group(P<0.05).Their evaluations of the teaching method were also significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CBL teaching method based on panoramic video technology is significantly more effective than traditional CBL in undergraduate interventional radiology education and is worthy of wider application.
