摘要
利用XRF和XRD测试广东地区的松木、狼萁草、竹子、麦秆草和稻草等常见植物灰的化学和物相组成。采用“植物灰–瓷石”二元配方体系,结合高温显微镜对比和评估不同植物灰在烧成温度为1300℃下的熔融特征和制釉潜力。结果表明,狼萁草灰和松木灰的特殊组成特点使其具有较好的熔融性能。松木灰相比于狼萁草灰,更适合作为制釉的主要原料,其最佳的掺入比例在40 wt%左右,有较宽的烧成温度范围(1250~1300℃)可制得平整光滑的釉面。
The chemical and phase compositions of common plant ashes such as pine wood,Langqi,bamboo,wheat straw and rice straw in the Guangdong area were tested by XRF and XRD.The binary formula system of“plant ash and porcelain stone”was adopted.Combined with the high-temperature microscope,the melting characteristics and glazing potential of different plant ashes at the firing temperature of 1,300℃were compared and evaluated.The results showed that the special composition characteristics of Langqi ash and pine wood ash endow them with better melting performance.Compared with Langqi ash,pine wood ash was more suitable as the main raw material for glazing.Its optimal incorporation ratio was about 40 wt%,and a smooth glaze surface can be obtained in a wide firing temperature range(1250~1300℃).
