摘要
企业在以共享价值创造带动社会共同富裕的过程中,能够得到耐心资本的关注与认可。研究基于2011—2023年A股企业的微观数据,运用双重固定效应模型进行实证检验。研究表明:共享价值创造显著促进了耐心资本进入;中介效应表明,共享价值创造通过缓解企业信息不对称和推动技术进步促进耐心资本进入;调节效应表明,内部控制质量和供应链多元化能够正向调节企业共享价值创造对耐心资本进入的促进作用;数字经济背景下异质性分析表明,企业共享价值创造促进耐心资本进入的前提是数据要素可获取、可利用。
In the process of promoting common prosperity through the creation of shared value,enterprises can effectively gain the attention and recognition of patient capital.This study is based on micro-data from A-share companies from 2011 to 2023 and employs a double fixed-effects model for empirical testing.The results show that the creation of shared value significantly promotes the entry of patient capital.The mediating effect indicates that the creation of shared value facilitates the entry of patient capital by alleviating information asymmetry within enterprises and promoting technological progress.The moderating effect shows that internal control quality and supply chain diversification can positively regulate the promoting effect of enterprise shared value creation on the entry of patient capital.In the context of the digital economy,heterogeneity analysis indicates that the promotion of patient capital inflow through corporate shared value creation is predicated upon the accessibility and utilization of data elements.
