摘要
随着高等教育普及,硕士学历的就业优势逐渐丧失,其中双非硕士毕业生的就业问题尤其突出。在高期待与低回馈的求职境遇中,双非硕士的就业心态不断震荡、屡屡受挫,产生自我怀疑与迷茫,“慢就业”现象急剧增多。以15名双非硕士毕业生为访谈对象,从自我认同理论的视角对当前双非硕士的就业状态进行梳理,归纳出四种就业状态,即就业迷茫状态、就业早闭状态、就业延缓状态、就业达成状态。双非硕士的就业困境源于其就业探索与就业投入的不足,而要突破这个困境,除了他们自身的努力外,还需要家庭、高校和社会共同创造良好的就业环境。
Due to the double impact of the pandemic and the economy,the employment advantage of master’s degree is gradually lost,and the employment problem of non-key university master degree graduates is especially prominent.In the job search situation of high expectations and low feedback,the employment mentality of master degree students in non-key university continues to shake,repeatedly frustrated,resulting in self-doubt and confusion,and the phenomenon of“slow employment”has increased sharply.In this paper,15 non-key university master degree graduates are interviewed,and their current employment states are sorted out from the perspective of self-identification theory,and four employment states are summarized,namely,employment confusion,employment early closure,employment delay and employment achievement.The employment dilemma of master degree students in non-key university stems from the lack of employment exploration and investment,and to break through this dilemma,in addition to their own efforts,families,universities and society need to create a good employment environment together.
