气相色谱法同时测定茄子中15种有机磷类农药残留

Simultaneous determination of 15 organophosphate pesticide residues in eggplant by gas chromatography

摘要 本试验建立了气相色谱法同时测定茄子中15种有机磷类农药残留量的方法。试验样品采用乙腈振荡提取,加氯化钠与水相分离,取有机相经氮吹近干,置换溶剂为丙酮,最后使用气相色谱检测分析。结果表明:15种有机磷农药均在0.01~1.0 mg/L的范围内具有良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.997,检出限低于0.0025 mg/kg,定量限为0.01~0.02 mg/kg;甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、甲拌磷在3个加标浓度水平(0.05、0.1、0.2 mg/kg)的平均加标回收率在52.65~67.50%,其余12种农药的平均加标回收率在74.51%~89.24%,15种农药的变异系数均小于10%。所建立的方法具有前处理操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于茄子中15种有机磷类农药残留的检测。 To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of 15 kinds pesticides residual of organophosphate in eggplant by gas chromatography.Samples were extracted and vibrated with acetonitrile and then separated using NaCl to saturation in aqueous phase.Organic phase were concentrated to approach dry by blowing nitrogen,replacement solvent is acetone,operated in FPD of gas chromatography.The results showed that the 15 kinds of pesticides had good linear relationships in 0.01~1.0 mg/L ranges with correlation coefficients>0.997.Moreover,the limits of detection were<0.0025 mg/kg,the limits of quantitation were 0.01-0.02 mg/kg.The recoveries and variable coefficient of this method for 3 normal concentration(0.05、0.1、0.2 mg/kg)were satisfaction.In comparison with previous methods,the new procedure has the characteristics of simple sample preparation and can be used as routine analysis method in a large number of eggplant samples.
