摘要
随着中国对外直接投资的持续扩大,亚太经合组织(APEC)逐渐成为中国对外投资的重要区域。《2023年度中国对外直接投资统计公报》显示,2023年中国对外直接投资存量已达29554亿美元,其中对APEC地区的投资存量达20718亿美元,占比超过70%。然而,整体投资效率仍面临结构失衡、回报不稳、风险高企等挑战。分析投资量,从区位布局、技术合作、企业优势、风险防控和博弈重心五方面提出切实可行的优化路径,以期提升中国对APEC投资的综合绩效,助力区域合作深化与经济共赢发展。
With the continuous expansion of China's outbound direct investment(ODI),the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC)has become a key region for China's ODI.According to the Statistical Bulletin on China's Outbound Direct Investment in 2023,China's ODI stock reached 2955.4 billion dollars in 2023,of which the stock of investment in the APEC region reached 2071.8 billion dollars,accounting for over 70 percent.However,overall investment efficiency still faces considerable challenges,including structural imbalance,unstable returns,and high risks.This paper analyzes the investment volume and put forward practical and feasible optimization paths from such aspects as location layout,technological cooperation,enterprise advantages,risk prevention and control,and game focus,in order to enhance the overall performance of China's direct investment in APEC,and contribute to deepen regional cooperation and achieve win-win economic development.
