冬奥会延庆赛区塘坝堆石体填筑施工关键技术研究

摘要 针对冬奥会延庆赛区塘坝堆石体填筑中的级配控制问题,提出基于现场开挖料与外购料动态拌和的级配优化方法,并通过碾压试验确定孔隙率(小于20%)与干密度(>2.20g/cm^(3))双控填筑标准。研究表明:主堆石体采用松铺厚度84cm、静压2遍+动压8遍的碾压参数,可实现沉降率不超过5.7%与级配连续性的要求;碎石垫层在松铺40~60cm时,静压2遍+动压6遍可满足压实性指标。研究结果为混合坝型堆石体施工提供了关键技术支撑,具有显著的经济效益与推广价值。 In view of the grade control problems in the filling of ponds and dams in the Yanqing Olympic Winter Games Competition Area,a grade optimisation method is proposed based on the dynamic mixing of on-site excavated materials and purchased materials,and the double control filling standards of porosity(n<20%)and dry density(>2.20g/cm^(3))are determined by the crushing test.The study shows that:the main rock pile can achieve the settlement rate of not more than 5.7%and grade continuity by adopting the rolling parameters of 84 cm loose thickness,2 times static compression and 8 times dynamic compression;the gravel bedding can satisfy the compaction indexes by adopting the parameters of 2 times static compression and 6 times dynamic compression at the time of loose thickness of 40~60cm.The results of the study provide important technical support for the construction of mixed embankment rockfill,which has significant economic benefits and promotion value.
