摘要
恶性肿瘤相关的凝血机制异常所致的临床综合征称为特鲁索综合征(TS)。目前由胆管细胞癌所致的TS在临床上并不多见,其具有临床复发率高、致残率高、死亡率高且预后极差的特点,因此,及时诊断和分层管理对于改善患者的预后至关重要。本文报道了1例急性脑梗死为首发症状的胆管细胞癌患者的临床特征、诊治特点及血栓栓塞事件对患者的影响,为提高临床诊断率及鉴别诊断提供参考。
The clinical syndrome caused by abnormal coagulation mechanisms related to malignant tumor is called Trousseau syndrome(TS).Currently,TS caused by cholangiocarcinoma is rare in the clinical.It has the characteristics of a high clinical recurrence rate,a high disability rate,a high mortality rate,and a poor prognosis.Therefore,timely diagnosis and hierarchical management of patients are crucial in improving patient prognosis.This article reports the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment features,and the impact of thromboembolic events on patients with cholangiocarcinoma presenting with acute cerebral infarction as the initial symptom,in order to provide a reference for improving the clinical diagnosis rate and differential diagnosis.
