摘要
目的分析艾滋病合并结核患者(AIDS and Tuberculosis Co-infection,AIDS-TB)诊断中γ-干扰素释放试验(IGRA)的应用价值。方法选取2023年1-12月期间重庆市合川区人民医院收治的50例AIDS-TB患者,作为观察组;选取50例同期收治的未感染HIV的结核病患者,作为对照组。对两组患者均进行IGRA检测,比较检测结果,分析CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与IGRA阳性率的相关性。结果观察组的IGRA检测结果阳性率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数低于对照组,P<0.05。CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与IGRA阳性率呈负相关(r=-0.625,P<0.01)。结论IGRA检测结果在AIDS-TB患者中具有较高的敏感性和特异性,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与IGRA阳性率呈负相关。因此,IGRA可辅助诊断AIDS-TB患者。
Objective:To analyze the application value of γ-interferon release test(IGRA)in the diagnosis of AIDS-TB and tuberculosis(TB)co-infection.Methods:Fifty AIDS-TB patients admitted to Hechuan District People's Hospital in Chongqing from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.Fifty tuberculosis patients who were not infected with HIV in the same period were selected as the control group.IGRA was detected in both groups.The results were compared and the correlation between CD4+T lymphocyte count and IGRA positive rate was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of IGRA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The CD4+T lymphocyte count in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.CD4+T lymphocyte count was negatively correlated with IGRA positive rate(r=-0.625,P<0.01).Conclusion:The results of IGRA detection have high sensitivity and specificity in AIDS-TB patients,and CD4+T lymphocyte count is negatively correlated with the positive rate of IGRA.Therefore,IGRA can assist in the diagnosis of AIDS-TB patients.
