摘要
在储能系统中,通常使用三电平中点箝位(NPC)型整流逆变双向变换器,而NPC型变换器在开关机控制中存在开关管内外管不均压问题。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种由DSP控制开关管内外管开关机时序的方法,该方法使用了PWM的“死区”控制实现了开机时内管先于外管开通,使用了高优先级中断嵌套方法实现了关机时外管先于内管关断,不使用额外的硬件电路及逻辑芯片,有效节约成本。实验结果表明,该方法能够实现正确的开关机时序。
In energy storage systems,a three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC)rectifier-inverter bidirectional con-verter is commonly used.However,NPC converter exists an issue of unequal voltage distribution between the inner and outer switching tubes during on/off control.In order to resolve this issue,this paper introduces a method of controlling the timing of on/off sequences for both inner and outer switching tubes using DSP.The method employs PWM“dead-time”control to ensure that the inner tube is switched on before the outer tube during startup,and utilizes a high-priority interrupt nesting technique to guarantee that the outer tube is turned off prior to the inner tube during shutdown.This approach effectively reduces costs by eliminating the need for additional hardware circuits and logic chips.Experi-mental results demonstrate that this method can achieve the correctness of the timing of on/off sequences.
