摘要在当前国际传播秩序加速重构的背景下,推动中华文化国际传播正当其时。共建“一带一路”在历史与现实的交汇中诠释中华文化的时代光彩,在平等对话与互鉴包容的紧密结合下彰显中华文化的价值底色,在文明互鉴与文化共荣的互联互动中维护世界文明的多元格局,为推动中华文化国际传播提供了有效载体。共建“一带一路”十余年来,随着多元主体广泛参与并协同发力,在文化领域形成了形式多样的交流渠道和卓有成效的交流机制,中华文化国际传播取得了明显成效。面向未来,中华文化国际传播以共建“一带一路”探索为基础,通过创新传播路径、精练传播内容、完善话语体系、推进文化共建、增强身份认同等方式,精准、持续发力,推动中华文化更好地走向世界。 Against the backdrop of changes in civilizational forms and the reconstruction of the international dissemination order in the global transformation,it is timely to promote the international dissemination of Chi-nese culture.The joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative interprets the contemporary brilliance of Chinese culture at the intersection of history and reality,highlights the core values of Chinese culture through a deep integration of equal dialogues and mutual learning&inclusivity,and maintains a diversified pattern of global civilizations in the interconnection and interaction of civilizational mutual learning and cul-tural co-prosperity,which provides an effective carrier for promoting the international dissemination of Chi-nese culture.Over more than a decade since the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,with the exten-sive participation and concerted efforts of diverse actors,various communication channels and effective com-munication mechanisms have been formed in the cultural field,and the international dissemination of Chi-nese culture has achieved remarkable achievements.Facing the future,on the basis of the exploration of the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,precise and sustained efforts,such as innovating dissemina-tion ways,refining dissemination content,improving discourse system,advancing cultural co-construction,and enhancing identity recognition,should be done to promote Chinese culture to the world.
