智慧教育背景下混合式教学设计实践与成效评价——以《物流与供应链管理》课程为例

Blended Teaching Design,Practice,and Effectiveness Evaluation under the Background of Smart Education——Taking the Course of“Logistics and Supply Chain Management”as an Example

摘要 在智慧教育背景下,混合式教学已经成为实施高校课堂教学供给侧结构性改革的重要方式之一,而这对学生的自我调节能力提出了较高要求。如何基于自我调节理论开展混合式教学是提升教学效果的关键,然而目前有效的教学设计和路径尚不明确。文中基于阿尔伯特·班杜拉的自我调节理论,提出了由“课前导学”“课中交互”“课后评估”构成的混合式教学设计,以及由“前瞻阶段”“表现阶段”“反思阶段”构成的自我调节学习路径,并以《物流与供应链管理》课程为例开展实证研究。结果表明:基于自我调节理论的混合式教学设计可以支持自我调节学习路径的三个阶段,进而提升课程表现;混合式教学设计和自我调节学习路径有助于提升《物流与供应链管理》的教学效果。最后,提出了智慧教育背景下基于自我调节理论开展混合式教学设计和实践的具体建议。 In the context of smart education,blended teaching has become one of the important ways to implement the supply side reform of classroom teaching in universities,which puts forward high requirements for students’self-regulation ability.How to carry out blended teaching based on self-regulation theory is the key to improving teaching effectiveness,but the effective teaching design and path are currently unclear.The research is based on Albert Bandura's self-regulation theory,proposing a blended teaching design consisting of“pre-class guidance”“in-class interaction”,and“post-class evaluation”,as well as a self-regulated learning path consisting of“forward-looking stage”,“performance stage”,and“reflective stage”.Empirical research is conducted taking the“Logistics and Supply Chain Management”course as an example.The results indicate that blended teaching design based on self-regulation theory can support the three stages of self-regulated learning path,thereby improving course performance,blended teaching design and self-regulated learning paths can help improve the teaching effectiveness of“Logistics and Supply Chain Management”.Finally,the study proposes specific suggestions for implementing blended teaching design and practice based on self-regulation theory in the context of smart education.
