摘要
针对非圆轮廓零件加工缺少精确路径计算模型以通用性不足的问题,扩展了该类零件切点跟踪XC联动加工模型以适用于所有非圆轮廓的组成特征(如直线段、椭圆弧段、抛物线段等)。进一步,计算了非圆轮廓特征相接处G0连续时砂轮插补点坐标;分别以椭圆、正方形和偏心圆磨削为例,采用砂轮反转法进行了加工轨迹仿真。最后,以具有多种轮廓特征的零件为对象,使用Vericut仿真加工验证了模型的可行性及通用性,为非圆轮廓零件磨削加工的智能编程提供了依据。
In response to the lack of precise path calculation models for non-circular contour machining and the insufficient universality of existing mathematical models,the X-C linkage machining model for non-circular contour rotary parts with tangent point tracking has been extended.The extended model was applicable to all compositional features of non-circular contours.Furthermore,the coordinates of the wheel interpolation points were calculated for the G0 continuous intersection of non-circular contour features;Taking elliptical,square,and eccentric circle grinding as examples,the machining trajectory simulation was carried out using the wheel reversal method.Finally,a part composed of multiple contour features was designed,and the feasibility and universality of the model were verified through Vericut simulation machining,providing a basis for automatic programming of non-circular contour part grinding machining.
