摘要
目的对比分析内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)和冷圈套内镜下黏膜切除术治疗5~15 mm结直肠无蒂息肉的安全性和临床效果。方法按照随机对照试验原则,选取2023年1月—2024年6月本院收治的5~15 mm结直肠无蒂息肉患者200例,随机将其分为两组,每组100例。研究组采用冷圈套内镜下黏膜切除术疗法,对照组采用内镜下黏膜切除术,分析两组的临床效果和安全性。结果研究组完全切除率高于对照组(P<0.05),单个息肉切除时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后延迟出血、术中即刻出血、术后迟发穿孔、电凝综合征总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于EMR切除术,冷圈套内镜下黏膜切除术在明确息肉范围方面更具优势,可提升息肉完全切除率,缩短手术时间,降低相关并发症的发生风险。
Objective To observe the safety and clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and endoscopic mucosal resection in cold trap for 5~15 mm sessile colorectal polyps.Methods According to the principle of randomized controlled trial,200 patients with 5~15 mm sessile colorectal polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the study group(n=100)and the control group(n=100).The study group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection in cold trap,while the control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were analyzed.Results The complete resection rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the resection time of a single polyp was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of delayed postoperative bleeding,immediate intraoperative bleeding,delayed perforation,and electrocoagulation syndrome in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to EMR resection,cold loop endoscopic mucosal resection has more advantages in clarifying the scope of polyps,which can improve the complete resection rate of polyps,shorten the surgical time,and reduce the risk of related complications.
