摘要制造业转型升级需要高水平现场工程师。基于汽车制造领域现场工程师胜任素质自评量表,编制现场工程师胜任素质现状调查问卷,对432位来自不同汽车制造企业,不同性别、年龄、学历、从业年限、专业与岗位相符度及实践课占比的现场工程师进行调查。结果显示:现场工程师胜任素质总体为中等偏上水平,男、女现场工程师胜任素质水平无显著差异,现场工程师在年龄和从业年限等方面存在相似特点,在学历、专业与岗位相符度和实践课占比方面差异显著。职业院校要构建“中—高—本”贯通的现场工程师选拔、培养和考核体系,加强专业教育,强化实习实训;企业招聘现场工程师时应充分考虑年龄、学历和专业对口度等问题,建立精细化现场工程师终身教育体系。 The transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry require high-level on-site engineers.Based on the self-assessment scale of on-site engineer competence in the field of automobile manufacturing,a survey questionnaire on the current status of on-site engineer competence was developed.A total of 432 on-site engineers from different automobile manufacturing enterprises,with different gen-ders,ages,educational backgrounds,years of experience,professional and job matching degrees,and the proportion of practical courses,were surveyed.The results show that the overall competence level of on-site engineers is above average,and there is no significant difference in the competence level between male and female on-site engineers.There are similar characteristics among on-site engineers in terms of age and years of experience,but significant differences exist in education,professional and job matching,and the proportion of practical courses.Vocational colleges should establish a comprehensive on-site engineer se-lection,training,and assessment system that connects middle,high,and undergraduate levels,strengthen professional education,and enhance internships and practical training;When recruiting on-site engineers,enterprises should fully consider issues such as age,education level,and professional relevance,and estab-lish a refined lifelong education system for on-site engineers.
