摘要
党的二十大报告指出,要增强中华文明传播力影响力,立足中华文化立场,提炼展示中华文明的精神标识和文化精髓,建构中国话语体系和中国叙事体系、讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音,展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。从世界历史的角度看,意识形态建设的重要职能是面向世界展示“中国形象”。如何能够更好地展示中国形象,需要打开意识形态建设的世界向度:其一,意识形态建设要坚守马克思主义意识形态的世界向度;其二,意识形态建设需要面向世界讲好中国故事,创造中华民族文化自我,巩固中华民族的文化主体性,推动中华文化更好走向世界;其三,意识形态建设需要面向世界,弘扬和践行全人类共同价值、传播“全球文明倡议”、引领人类文明新形态、推动构建人类命运共同体。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the need to enhance the dissemination and influence of Chinese civilization,based on the position of Chinese culture,extract and showcase the spiritual symbols and cultural essence of Chinese civilization,construct a Chinese discourse system and narrative system,tell the story of China well,spread the voice of China well,and showcase a credible,lovely,and respectable image of China.From the perspective of world history,the important function of ideological construction is to showcase the“image of China”to the world.How to better showcase China's image requires opening up the global dimension of ideological construction:firstly,ideological construction must adhere to the global dimension of Marxist ideology;Secondly,ideological construction needs to tell the Chinese story well to the world,create the cultural self of the Chinese nation,consolidate the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese nation,and promote the better integration of Chinese culture into the world;Thirdly,ideological construction needs to promote and practice the common values of all mankind towards the world,spread the“Global Civilization Initiative”,lead the new forms of human civilization,and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
