低空经济驱动锂离子电池产业链发展的现状与前景展望 被引量:3

Current Status and Prospects of the Development of the Lithium Ion Battery Industry Chain Driven by Low-altitude Economy

摘要 低空经济的快速发展既对新能源电池产业链提出了更高技术与质量要求,也为电池技术创新及市场拓展带来新机遇。系统梳理了我国低空经济与新能源电池的产业协同关系与发展阶段,以及低空经济驱动新能源电池产业发展的市场规模、竞争格局与产业集群现状,探讨了政策导向与应用场景对行业产业链各环节企业的影响。研究发现,低空经济通过多元场景需求,驱动电池技术迭代升级,加速固态电池等前沿技术商业化应用,推动新能源全产业链的协同创新与绿色发展。展望未来,我国新能源电池将迎来技术革新、产业链协同、循环可持续发展的重要发展阶段。基于此,从顶层设计、技术创新、循环体系、保障机制等方面提出政策建议,以助力产业高质量发展。 As an emerging economic form,the low-altitude economy is generally regarded by various countries as a key emerging economic growth point that requires focused cultivation.As the core power source of low-altitude aircraft,new energy batteries exhibit strategic development potential in the field of the low-altitude economy.The rapid development of the low-altitude economy not only sets higher standards for the new energy battery industry chain but also brings brand-new opportunities for battery technology innovation and the expansion of the battery market in the low-altitude field.Globally,the industrial integration of new energy batteries and the low-altitude economy is accelerating continuously.Judging from the development trajectory in recent years,the integration process in China has roughly gone through the technological exploration stage(before 2020),the policy-driven stage(from 2020 to 2023),and the commercialization stage(from 2024 to the present).This paper systematically sorts out the current situations of the industry scale,competitive landscape,and industrial clusters in the development of the new energy battery market driven by the low-altitude economy,and deeply analyzes the internal logic of how the low-altitude economy drives the growth of the market scale of the new energy battery industry and promotes the coordinated development of the entire industry chain.It finds that the process of industrial integration between new energy batteries and the low-altitude economy is essentially dominated by the development pace of the low-altitude economy industry.The changes in the policy orientations and application scenarios related to the low-altitude economy have effectively promoted the technological innovation of key materials and core components of upstream enterprises,the technological adaptation and intelligent integration of midstream enterprises,and the innovation of operation and service models of downstream enterprises in the new energy battery industry chain.The coordinated development between the lowaltitude economy and the new energy battery industry chain is the result of the combined effects of technological innovation,policy guidance,capital driving forces,and market demands.Looking ahead,with the breakthrough of solid-state battery technology and the expansion of low-altitude application scenarios,China's new energy battery industry is expected to embrace a market blue ocean worth trillions of Yuan,and enter an important development stage featuring technological innovation,industrial chain coordination,and circular sustainable development,thus becoming a new engine for high-quality economic development.However,at the same time,it also faces challenges such as the immaturity of some key technologies,insufficient coordination within the industrial chain,imperfect infrastructure,and imperfect operation models.Considering that the coordinated development of the low-altitude economy and the new energy battery industry chain is not only an important path to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality but also an inevitable choice to seize the commanding heights of global strategic emerging industries,the following suggestions are proposed:1)Strengthen toplevel design,enhance policy coordination and institutional innovation,improve the regulatory and standard system,and intensify law enforcement efforts to crack down on illegal recycling activities.2)Focus on technological innovation,promote the establishment of a collaborative ecosystem that integrates production,education,research and application,and break through key bottlenecks while jointly building the ecosystem.3)Establish a circular system with a complete"production-use-regeneration"cycle chain,and implement green management throughout the entire life cycle of low-altitude aircraft batteries.4)Improve the guarantee mechanism,strengthen financial and monetary support,explore the linkage mechanism of"carbon credits+battery recycling",and coordinate industrial integration and risk prevention and control.
