摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,新农村建设由“外源推动”逐步向“内生发展”转变。本文基于内生发展理论,分析现阶段乡村发展内生动力的现实困境,探讨乡村振兴深入实施过程中空间赋能与社群重构的互动机制及实现路径。通过分析乡村空间的社会生产性和社群网络的自组织性,提出以“空间赋能-社群激活-内生发展”为核心的乡村振兴实施路径框架,旨在激发乡村内生动力,使得通过空间生产与社群互动的正向循环来培育社会资本、重塑共同价值,从而实现文化认同与经济活力的互促共进,实现乡村可持续发展,并以苏南地区两个典型村庄为例探讨了这一路径实施的可行性与有效性。
With the in-depth promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the new rural construction has gradually changed from"exogenous promotion"to"endogenous development".Based on the endogenous development theory,this paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of the endogenous driving force of rural development at this stage,and discusses the interactive mechanism and implementation path of spatial empowerment and community reconstruction in rural planning.By analyzing the social productivity of rural space and the self-organization of social network,this paper proposes a rural planning framework with"space empowerment community activation endogenous development"as the core,which aims to stimulate rural endogenous power,cultivate social capital and reshape common values through the positive cycle of space production and community interaction,so as to realize the mutual promotion of cultural identity and economic vitality,and realize the sustainable development of rural areas.
