摘要
以2007—2022年中国A股上市公司为样本,在测度企业数字化与绿色化协同转型程度的基础上,探究双化协同对企业营业总收入和劳动收入份额的影响。研究表明,双化协同能够同时提高企业营业总收入和劳动收入份额,实现“创富共享”。原因在于,双化协同会产生资源协同效应和组织协同效应,促使企业提升资源配置效率和运营管理效率,从而提高其经营绩效。同时,双化协同还带来就业创造效应,通过降低资本集约度提高劳动收入份额。异质性分析显示,双化协同的“创富”和“共享”效应与企业特征及其内外部环境密切相关。
Using a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,this study measured the extent of digitalgreen synergistic transformation and explored its impact on enterprises'total operating revenue and labor income share.The results demonstrated that dual transformation synergy enhanced both outcomes simultaneously,achieving"wealth creation and sharing".The underlying rationale was that the dual transformation synergy generated both resource synergy effects and organizational synergy effects,which drove enterprises to enhance their resource allocation efficiency and operational management efficiency,thereby improving business performance.Concurrently,the dual transformation synergy generated employment creation effects,thereby increasing labor income share through reduced capital intensity.Heterogeneity analysis further revealed that both the"wealth creation"and"sharing"effects of dual transformation synergy varied significantly with firm-specific characteristics and internal external environmental factors.
