摘要
供给侧结构性改革作为调整供需关系失衡的重要手段,为破解大中小学思政课中的供需矛盾提供了新思路。当前,思政课的“教”与“学”仍存在匹配度不足、实效性不强等问题,亟需从教师供给侧入手进行系统性优化。基于新时代思政课育人目标和特殊功能定位,在目标维度上,培育“可信、可敬、可靠”的“三可”职业素养筑牢供给根基;在行动维度上,依托“乐为、敢为、有为”的“三为”教学实践提升供给质量,能有效回应新时代思政课建设的现实要求,为推动教师队伍专业化发展提供实践范式。
As a crucial means to address imbalances in supply and demand,supply-side structural reform offers a new perspective for resolving the contradictions between teaching and learning in ideological and political courses across primary,secondary,and higher education.Currently,issues such as insufficient alignment between teaching and learning and weak practical effectiveness persist,necessitating systematic optimization from the teacher supply side.Based on the educational objectives and unique functional positioning of ideological and political courses in the new era,this study proposes enhancing the foundational supply by cultivating teachers'"trustworthy,respectable,and reliable"("Three Credibilities")professional qualities and improving supply quality through"willing,daring,and capable"("Three Activenesses")teaching practices.This approach effectively addresses the practical demands of ideological and political course construction in the new era and provides a practical paradigm for advancing the professional development of teaching teams.
