摘要
为提高豆科植物柠条种子发芽率和播后幼苗生长量,在甘肃省古浪县设立田间对比试验,研究了不同温度热水浸种处理对柠条种子萌发能力、胚根生长量、有机内含物含量和幼苗生长量的影响。结果表明:柠条播前热水浸种提高了种子发芽能力、胚根生长量、有机物含量和幼苗生长量,其中60℃水温处理的种子发芽率、胚根长度、鲜重、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、幼苗株高和主根长均最高,较对照(CK)20℃水温处理分别提高了78.26%、43.88%、70.89%、183.65%、159.51%、69.07%和30.35%。60℃水温处理的各项指标与对照(CK)20℃水温处理的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),在柠条育苗中优先使用60℃水温处理种子来提高发芽率和幼苗生长量。
To enhance the germination rate and post-sowing seedling growth of legume lemonade,a comparative field trial was conducted in Gulang county,Gansu province,to investigate the impacts of hot water soaking treatments at varying temperatures on the germination capacity,radicle elongation,organic composition,and seedling development of lemonade seeds.The results indicated that hot water soaking of lemonade seeds prior to sowing significantly enhanced seed germination capacity,radicle growth,organic matter content,and seedling growth.Notably,the 60℃water temperature treatment yielded the highest values for seed germination rate,radicle length,fresh weight,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,seedling height,and main root length,which were 78.26%,43.88%,70.89%,183.65%,159.51%,69.07%,and 30.35%higher than those of the control(CK)with the 20℃water temperature treatment,respectively.The differences between the 60℃water temperature treatment and the control(CK)with 20℃water temperature treatment were highly significant(P<0.01),indicating that the 60℃water temperature treatment had a profoundly positive effect on seed germination and seedling growth.Consequently,a 60℃water temperature treatment was recommended as a preferred method for enhancing germination and seedling growth in lemonade seedlings.
