摘要
以一起典型故障处理过程为例,通过复盘故障处置流程,就现场故障处理中对多次查阅站改图纸的工作量与耗时进行分析,与使用现场配线“一本图”判断故障点所需时间进行对比,论证合理利用配线“一本图”可大幅减少多套图纸查阅时间,进而缩短设备故障延时。就设计源头标准、施工图审核、竣工验收、一致性核对、“一本图”编制及后期的管理运用几个方面,对如何做好、管好、用好配线“一本图”进行探讨,为电务系统在今后的维护管理工作中进一步管好用好配线“一本图”提供思路和借鉴。
Taking the handling process of a typical fault as an example,this paper conducts a review of the fault handling process.It analyzes the workload and time consumption of checking the drawings of multiple station renovations during on-site fault handling,and compares with the time required to determine the fault point by using the"one-set drawing"of on-site wiring.It demonstrates that the proper use of the"one-set drawing"of wiring can significantly reduce the time for checking multiple sets of drawings,thus reducing the delay caused by equipment faults.This paper also explores how to prepare,manage and utilize the"one-set drawing"of wiring from several aspects,including design of source standards,review of construction drawings,completion acceptance,consistency verification,compilation of"one-set drawing",and its management and application in the later stage.It provides ideas and references for the signal department on how to further manage and utilize the"one-set drawing"of wiring in future maintenance and management work.
