摘要
作为公共服务供给模式创新的重要范式,合作生产已深度嵌入社会治理现代化进程,对其参与覆盖面、拓展路径的探讨已成为各界瞩目的核心议题。研究以框架效应为视角,通过两项实证实验揭示了道德价值对合作生产参与行为的差异化影响及其作用机理。研究证实,功利框架与道义框架均显著正向影响公共服务合作生产,在个体接收道德价值信息后,若通过诸如权力距离等途径对象征性代表进行验证时,其关于合作生产的决策倾向发生相应变化。这一发现有力地验证了象征性代表在其中发挥的关键中介作用。同时,道德价值对公共服务合作生产的影响通过象征性代表呈现间接效应,并受权力距离取向的调节作用。研究结论在理论上拓展了框架效应、象征性代表和权力距离取向的研究,为构建优质均衡的公共服务体系唤醒了跨学科研究的构念。
As an important paradigm of public service provision model innovation,co-production has been deeply embedded in the process of social governance modernization,and the exploration of the path of expanding the coverage of its participation has be-come a core topic of attention in all walks of life.The research focuses on the frame effect and confirms the influence of moral values on the co-production and its internal mechanism through two experiments.In addition,we find that after receiving moral value infor-mation,when individuals verify the role of symbolic representation through other channels(such as power distance),their deci-sions on co-production changed.This conclusion reaffirms the critical mediating role of symbolic representation.At the same time,the indirect effect of moral value on the co-production through symbolic representation is regulated by the power distance orienta-tion.These findings expand the literature on framing effect,symbolic representation and power distance orientation,and in order to build a high-quality and balanced public service system,it awakens the concept of interdisciplinary research.
