盾构隧道动态工况穿越既有引水工程影响分析和施工控制

摘要 针对盾构隧道在复杂地层条件下穿越既有引水工程管道,结合周边实际情况,采用有限元计算模型,分析隧道施工及后续运营的动态工况下,区间隧道本身和周边重要构筑物的变形情况,结果表明能满足要求。根据理论计算结果指导施工,再根据监控数据反馈,优化施工参数,动态修正参数及姿态,满足构筑物安全距离控制和使用工况下的变形要求,确保地铁运行安全。为今后类似工程提供实际案例和技术决策依据。 In view of the shield tunnel crossing existing drinking water pipelines under complex geological conditions,considering the existed situation and surroundings,a FEM method has been applied to analyze the deformation of the tunnel itself and surrounding important structures under the different conditions during tunnel construction and operation.Construction was guided by theoretical calculations,and based on monitoring data feedback,construction parameters were optimized and continuously corrected to meet the requirements of the least distance to existed structures and the deformation under operating conditions to ensure the safe operation of the subway.Practical case and technical decision-making basis were provided for similar projects at home and abroad in the future.
