摘要
药理学实验课程是对药理学理论教学强有力的补充,让学生在学习药理学实验技能的同时能够夯实药理学基础知识、提高实验技能,同时培养科研创新能力及提升人文素养。文章分析了目前药理学实验教学的普遍现状,提出了改革思路。以胰岛素对小鼠血糖的影响为例,将成果导向教育(OBE)教学理念应用到实验教学中,提出“一中心、两结合、三转变”的教学宗旨,引入翻转课堂、PBL、CBL等教学模式,改革实验教学评价体系,以期实现知识、能力、价值三位一体的教学目标,提高药理学实验教学质量,也为其他实验课程教学改革提供参考。
As a complement to theoretical teaching of pharmacology,the experimental teaching enables students to consolidate foundational knowledge,enhance experimental skills,cultivate scientific research innovation capabilities,and improve humanistic qualities.This article analyzes the current situation of pharmacological experimental teaching and proposes corresponding measures of improvement.Taking the experiment of insulin’s effect on blood glucose levels in mice as an example,the authors applied OBE(outcome-based education)model to the experimental teaching and put forward the principles of“One Core,Two Integrations,and Three Transformations”for the teaching reform.The authors introduced other models of Flipped Classroom,Problem-Based Learning(PBL),and Case-Based Learning(CBL)as well,and they also reformed the experimental teaching evaluation system to achieve the triune educational objectives of knowledge,competence,and values,thereby improving the teaching quality and providing reference for the reform in other laboratory courses.
