摘要
治理者“正己心”,是儒家治国理政思想中一个重要的治理原则。在阳明心学视域下,基层治理本质上是治理者心之良知作用于治民的一种道德认知和道德践履活动,其良政善治目标的实现很大程度上取决于为政之“心”的端正和清澈。以心即理、知行合一、致良知、万物一体等为逻辑理路,王阳明主张基层治理者“正己心”要聚焦明心、尽心、用心等视角,锚定“明明德以亲民”的修治方向,遂行“求尽吾心”的履职担当,着力培树秉心理民的心性能力,以德性之知、诚心正念促明德亲民、尽心为民、勤政爱民;同时注重外在之“物”对“心”的影响,善用“物”的手段促进治理者“正己心”。这一思想对当今中国的基层治理具有积极的启示意义。
The principle of"rectifying one's own mind"is a crucial governance tenet in Confucian political thought.From the perspective of Wang Yangmin's philosophy of mind,grassroots governance is essentially a kind of moral cognition and moral practice activity in which the conscience of the ruler's heart acts on governing the people.The realization of the goal of good governance depends to a large extent on moral rectitude and clarity of the ruler's mind.Grounded in key tenets such as the mind as principle,the unity of knowledge and action,the extension of innate moral knowledge,and the unity of all things,Wang Yangming advocates that the grassroots governor practitioners should focus on rectifying their inner minds through three dimensions including moral enlightenment,conscientious commitment,and mindful application.This approach necessitates anchoring governance in the Confucian ideal of"manifesting luminous virtue to renovate the people",fulfilling administrative responsibilities through exhaustive self-cultivation,and cultivating the moral-intellectual capacity for principled governance.By integrating ethical knowledge with sincere moral intentionality,governance practitioners may thereby actualize the Confucian ideals of virtuous governance,wholehearted public service,and benevolent administration.Furthermore,Wang emphasized the reciprocal influence between external phenomena and the inner mind,advocating the judicious employment of material and institutional means to facilitate self-rectification among governance practitioners.This idea has positive implications for grassroots governance in China today.
