摘要
黑皮鸡[土从]菌作为一种珍稀食(药)用菌,近年对其人工栽培模式的研究逐渐增多,所开发产品也深受消费者欢迎,具有良好的经济价值和发展前景。提升精细化管理水平、突破免覆土技术壁垒、开展创新性基质研究,对精准提升黑皮鸡[土从]菌栽培技术水平和推进食用菌产业与生态环保共赢具有积极意义。通过综合分析黑皮鸡[土从]菌的人工栽培模式现状,对黑皮鸡[土从]菌产业的发展方向进行探讨,探索推广反季节栽培新模式、打造林下经济新活力、整合拓展产业链、提升智能科技水平是实现黑皮鸡[土从]菌产业多元发展和现代化转型的必然趋势。
As a rare edible and medicinal fungi,the research on artificial cultivation mode of Oudemansiella raphanipes has gradually increased in recent years,and the products are well received by consumers,with good economic value and development prospects.Improving the level of refined management,breaking through the barriers of soil mulching free technology,and conducting innovative substrate research are of positive significance for accurately promoting the cultivation technology level of O.raphanipes and advancing the win-win situation between the edible fungi industry and ecological environmental protection.The current situation of artificial cultivation mode of O.raphanipes was comprehensively analyzed,and the development direction of the O.raphanipes industry was explored.The promotion of new off-season cultivation mode,the creation of new vitality in under-forest economy,the integration and expansion of industrial chain,and the improvement of intelligent technology level are the inevitable trends to achieve diversified development and modernization transformation of the O.raphanipes industry.
