摘要
陶瓷产业作为我国传统支柱产业,其生产过程涉及高温、粉尘、机械伤害等危险因素,安全管理难度较大。本文以陶瓷生产工艺流程为研究主线,系统分析原料制备、成型、干燥、烧成、釉料处理及成品加工等环节的主要安全危害,从技术改进、管理优化、应急体系建设等维度提出针对性防控措施。研究表明,陶瓷生产企业需构建“工艺本质安全化、风险管控精准化、应急响应高效化”的安全管理体系,为企业的可持续发展与员工生命健康保驾护航。
As a traditional pillar industry in China,the production process of ceramic industry involves risk factors such as high temperature,dust,and mechanical injury,and it is diffi cult to manage safety.In this paper,the main safety hazards of raw material preparation,molding,drying,fi ring,glaze treatment and fi nished product processing are systematically analyzed,and targeted prevention and control measures are proposed from the dimensions of technical improvement,management optimization and emergency system construction.The research shows that ceramic production enterprises need to build a safety management system of"process intrinsic safety,precise risk management and control,and effi cient emergency response"to escort the sustainable development of enterprises and the life and health of employees.
