摘要
加强企业气候风险管理不仅是有效应对极端天气与转型挑战的关键前提,而且是推动企业风险管理、助力国家气候战略目标实现的重要议题。运用系统文献综述法,采用“概念界定—热点主题—驱动机制—衍生后果—行动方向—研究展望”的框架,对全球变暖背景下的企业气候风险研究进展进行梳理与解析。首先,借助权威组织与核心文献界定气候风险的内涵并厘清核心研究主题,归纳出企业气候风险管理的主要内容与流程。其次,构建理论研究框架,从企业视角提炼出气候风险管理的驱动因素与影响后果,并从减缓与适应两个维度阐释企业对气候变化进行管理的方式。最后,提出具有科学价值和实践意义的未来研究议题,为深化企业气候风险理论和实践研究提供指南。
Extreme weather and climate events are on the rise,with huge impacts on the economic and social life of humankind.Climate risk has been categorized as the primary risk that can trigger a major global crisis.Strengthening corporate climate risk management is a key prerequisite for effectively responding to the challenges of extreme weather,and an important issue for promoting corporate risk management and helping realize the goals of the national climate strategy.This paper utilizes the systematic literature review method and the framework of “concept definition-hot topics-driving mechanisms-derived consequences-action direction-research outlook” to analyze the research progress on corporate climate risk in the context of global warming.First,this paper identifies the research methodology and provides an overview of research progress on topics related to corporate climate risk management.A systematic literature review method is employed to search and screen literature on relevant topics.Then,the screened literature is analyzed by keyword co-linear analysis,timeline analysis,and emergence analysis to determine the research progress.Second,this paper defines the connotation of climate risk and clarifies the core research themes based on authoritative organizations and core literature.Six core themes of climate risk and corporate awareness,disclosure,commitment,action,and external climate financial risk are identified,and the process of corporate climate risk management is summarized.Third,this paper develops a theoretical framework for corporate climate risk management.It extracts the drivers of climate risk management from the perspectives of enterprise drive,stakeholder drive,and environment drive,extracts the consequences of climate risk management from the perspectives of enterprise decision-making,financial performance,and non-financial performance,and explains the way of enterprise management of climate change from the perspectives of mitigation and adaptation.Finally,future research topics of scientific value and practical significance are proposed from seven perspectives,including the other side of climate risk,focusing on micro-subjects,and diversi-fying research samples,which will provide a guide to deepen theoretical and practical research on corporate climate risk.Most studies related to corporate climate risk have focused on a single issue within a single field,and several problems have arisen,including the relative fragmentation of research,unclear definitions of concepts,contradictory research conclusions,and a lack of a comprehensive system.This paper clarifies the concept of climate risk,sorts out the research results of different conclusions,constructs a systematic research framework centered on enterprise climate risk management,and prospects future research.It holds great significance for exploring theoretical research and management practices in the field of enterprise coping with climate change risks and opportunities,and provides valuable insights for achieving the strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality(“dual carbon” goals) and sustainable development.
