新医科背景下中医骨伤专业的教学策略研究

Study on Teaching Strategies for Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics and Traumatology in the Context of New Medical Discipline

摘要 在新医科背景下,中医骨伤专业教学面临学科交叉融合不足、实践教学滞后等挑战。为培养适应新时代需求的复合型人才,本研究探索教学策略创新路径。在课程体系方面,构建中医核心理论与现代技术融合的三层架构,打破传统课程碎片化局限;在教学方法方面,借助虚拟现实、人工智能等技术,打造理论推演、虚拟验证与临床转化闭环,实现传统经验传承与智能诊疗能力培养的有机结合;在实践教学方面,依托医工协同与产教融合,建立三级实践体系,提升学生解决临床实际问题的能力。同时,配套跨学科师资建设、数字化资源开发及动态质量监控等保障机制,形成完整的教学改革体系。研究成果有效推动中医骨伤专业教学向“中医思维固本、现代技术赋能、临床需求导向”转型,为中医药教育在新医科背景下的发展提供借鉴。 Against the backdrop of the New Medical Discipline,the teaching of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Orthopedics and Traumatology specialty confronts challenges such as inadequate interdisciplinary integration and the lagging behind of practical teaching.To cultivate compound talents that meet the demands of the new era,this study explores innovative approaches to teaching strategies.In terms of the curriculum system,a three-tier framework that integrates the core theories of TCM with modern technologies is constructed,breaking through the limitations of fragmented traditional courses.Regarding teaching methods,by leveraging technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence,a closed loop encompassing theoretical deduction,virtual verification,and clinical transformation is established,achieving an organic combination of the inheritance of traditional experience and the cultivation of intelligent diagnosis and treatment capabilities.For practical teaching,relying on the collaboration between medicine and engineering as well as the integration of industry and education,a three-level practical system is established to enhance students'ability to solve practical clinical problems.Meanwhile,supporting guarantee mechanisms,including the construction of interdisciplinary teaching faculties,the development of digital resources,and dynamic quality monitoring,are put in place to form a complete teaching reform system.The research findings effectively promote the transformation of the teaching of the TCM Orthopedics and Traumatology specialty towards the model of"consolidating the foundation with TCM thinking,empowering with modern technologies,and being guided by clinical needs",providing a reference for the development of TCM education in the context of the New Medical Discipline.
