摘要
物流行业加速绿色化转型对于实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义,低碳经济作为一种新型的可持续发展方式,正推动物流绿色技术的革新,为物流绿色化转型提供了新的动力。基于2012-2023年中国30个省份(含直辖市)的数据,构建评价指标体系测算低碳经济发展和绿色物流水平,并对低碳经济发展对绿色物流水平的影响程度进行实证分析,检验了市场一体化和绿色技术创新在影响过程中的传导作用机制,同时讨论了不同地区的影响差异。研究结果表明:低碳经济的发展显著促进了绿色物流水平的提升,成为物流行业绿色转型的重要驱动力;低碳经济对绿色物流的驱动作用可以通过促进市场一体化和推动绿色技术创新实现;低碳经济对绿色物流的影响在不同地区表现出差异性,在东部、南方地区、高城镇化水平及高物流集聚水平地区,其驱动作用更为显著。最后,提出推动市场一体化,促进物流要素的自由流动和优化配置;推动绿色技术创新,提升绿色物流核心竞争力;实施差异化绿色物流发展策略等一系列建议,以加速物流业绿色化转型,培育行业高质量发展新动能。
The accelerated green transformation of logistics industry is of great significance for realizing the“double carbon”goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.The low-carbon economy,as a new sustainable development mode,is promoting innovations of green logistics technology and providing new impetus for the green transformation of logistics.Based on the data from 30 provinces(including municipalities directly under the Central Government)in China from 2012 to 2023,this paper constructs an evaluation index system to measure the level of low-carbon economic development and green logistics,which empirically analyzes the impact of low-carbon economic development on the level of green logistics with subsequent tests on the transmission mechanism of market integration and green technology innovation in the impact process as well as discussion on the regional differences in the impacts.The findings indicate that the development of the low-carbon economy has significantly promoted the higher level of green logistics as an important driving force for its green transformation;in addition,its driving effect on green logistics can be realized by promoting market integration and advancing green technology innovation;and the impact of low-carbon economy on green logistics varies across regions with more pronounced effects in eastern and southern regions and areas with higher levels of urbanization and logistics agglomeration.Based on these results,suggestions are proposed as follows:promoting market integration to facilitate the free flow and optimized allocation of logistics resources,advancing green technology innovation to enhance the core competitiveness of green logistics,and implementing differentiated green logistics development strategies to accelerate the green transformation of the logistics industry and cultivate new momentum for high-quality development.
