摘要
本文系统剖析了黑龙江省冰雪产业链的现状,发现仍存在区域发展不平衡、设施规划无序、绿色投资意识薄弱、国际竞争加剧等问题。针对这些问题,本文基于新发展理念的创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五个方面,提出一系列优化策略,具体包括协调打造全域品牌、创新驱动设施升级、共享联动跨区资源、绿色共建生态路径、开放净化国际合作等。这些措施对于实现冰雪产业链高质量发展具有一定的参考价值,有助于提升黑龙江省冰雪经济的可持续发展能力。
This paper systematically analyzes the current status of the ice and snow industry chain in Heilongjiang Province and identifies several issues,including regional development imbalance,disordered infrastructure planning,weak awareness of green investment,and intensified international competition.In response to these challenges,the paper proposes a series of optimization strategies based on the five pillars of the new development philosophy:innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing.Specifically,these strategies include coordinated efforts to build a unified brand across the region,innovation-driven infrastructure upgrades,resource sharing and linkage across districts,green coconstruction of ecological pathways,and the purification and expansion of international cooperation.These measures are of reference value for achieving high-quality development of the ice and snow industry chain and enhancing the sustainable development capacity of Heilongjiang’s ice and snow economy.
