摘要
[研究目的]面对日益复杂的技术挑战和市场变化,为新能源车企高效辨识具有发展潜力的技术机会,对其维持竞争优势具有重要意义。[研究方法]提出了一种融合BERTopic主题提取、链路预测和技术生命周期动态评估的技术机会发现方法。通过BERTopic算法深入分析专利文本,精准提取关键词以构建技术网络,并采用链路预测方法初步识别潜在技术机会。进一步地,基于动态和静态评估指标对这些机会进行双重评估,筛选出与企业战略相契合的技术机会。[研究结果/结论]以比亚迪为例,识别出燃料电池、可变速系统、输出轴等39项技术机会,验证了方法的有效性。该方法在一定程度上弥补了传统关键词提取方法对专利文本语义关系考虑不足的局限性,缓解了静态评估难以洞察技术机会未来发展趋势的难题。
[Research purpose]Faced with increasingly complex technological challenges and market change,it is crucial for new energy vehicle enterprises to efficiently identify technology opportunities with development potential to maintain their competitive advantages.[Research method]This study proposes an integrated approach for technology opportunity discovery that combines BERTopic topic extraction,link prediction,and dynamic assessment using technology lifecycle theory.By deeply analyzing patent texts with the BERTopic algorithm,keywords are precisely extracted to construct a technology network,and link prediction methods are employed to preliminarily identify potential technology opportunities.Subsequently,these opportunities are evaluated through a dual assessment process that incorporates dynamic and static evaluation indicators,ensuring the selection of technology opportunities that align with corporate strategy.[Research result/conclusion]Taking BYD as an example,39 technological opportunities were identified,including fuel cells,variable speed systems,and output shafts,verifying the effectiveness of the method.This method to some extent compensates for the limitations of traditional keyword extraction methods in considering the semantic relationship of patent texts,alleviates the difficulty of static evaluation in understanding the future development trend of technological opportunities.
