新疆西沟煤矿缓斜厚煤层开采覆岩“三带”发育高度研究

Study on the Development Height of the"Three Zones"of Overlying Strata during the Mining of Gently Inclined Thick Coal Seams in Xigou Coal Mine,Xinjiang

摘要 西沟煤矿厚煤层的高强度开采导致采场覆岩运移及矿压显现加剧,面临矿压难控制、地面塌陷、水害风险大等问题,制约矿井的安全高效开采。为掌握厚煤层开采覆岩的活动特征,以西沟煤矿生产地质条件为基础,通过理论计算、数值模拟和钻孔电视实测的方法,确定了缓斜厚煤层开采上覆岩层“三带”的发育高度,结果表明:西沟煤矿B1煤层平均厚度为7.0 m,开采后垮落带发育高度32.81~34.40 m,裂隙带发育高度为65.96~69.16 m,弯曲下沉带发育高度为0~224.43 m。研究结果可为矿山压力控制、隐蔽致灾因素普查分析及灾害治理提供依据。 The high-intensity mining of thick coal seams in Xigou coal mine has led to intensified overlying strata movement and mining pressure manifestation in the mining area,facing problems such as difficult control of mining pressure,ground collapse,and high risk of water damage,which restrict the safe and efficient mining of the mine.In order to understand the activity characteristics of overlying strata in thick coal seam mining,based on the production geological conditions of Xigou coal mine,the development height of the"three zones"of the overlying strata in the gently inclined thick coal seam mining was determined through theoretical calculations,numerical simulations,and drilling TV measurements.The results showed that the average thickness of the B1 coal seam in Xigou coal mine was 7.0 m,and the development height of the collapse zone after mining was 32.81~34.40 m,the development height of the fracture zone was 65.96~69.16 m,and the development height of the curved subsidence zone was 0~224.43 m.The research results can provide a basis for mine pressure control,general survey analysis of hidden disaster-causing factors,and disaster management.
