摘要
利用乙醇作为染色介质,协同氯化钙对生物基聚酰胺11纤维进行酸性染料染色。以染色后纤维的K/S值和断裂强力为评价指标,采用单因素试验对染色工艺进行优化,并分析了纤维染色后的表观形貌、耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。优化的染色工艺为:乙醇体积分数100%,氯化钙质量分数3%(omf),染色温度100℃,染色保温时间40 min。染色的生物基聚酰胺11纤维具有远优于常规水介质的染色效果,且断裂强力、色牢度都能满足纺织服用性能。
Bio-based polyamide 11 fibers are dyed with acid dyes using ethanol/calcium chloride as a dyeing me-dium.The K/Svalue and breaking strength of the dyed fibers are selected as evaluation indexes,and the dye-ing process is optimized using single factor experiment.The apparent morphology,color fastness to washing,and color fastness to rubbing of the fibers after dyeing are analyzed.The optimized dyeing process is as fol-lows:ethanol volume fraction of 100%,calcium chloride mass fraction of 3%(omf),dyeing temperature of 100℃,and dyeing time of 40 min.The bio-based polyamide 11 fibers possess a significantly enhanced dyeing properties compared to those dyed in conventional aqueous media.Additionally,these fibers demonstrate satis-factory breaking strength and color fastness,meeting the requirements for textile applications.
