摘要
全球化时代,国家形象对于增强国家的影响力和吸引力、实现和维护国家利益具有重要作用。基础教育提升国家形象具备理论价值和现实可能。通过对芬兰、德国和日本进行案例分析,可以将基础教育提升国家形象的国际经验总结为:依托多元媒介放大优势领域,布局教育机构促进文化传播,借助话语策略进行议题输出。以“中英数学教师交流项目”为中国案例,通过分析该项目在西方主流媒体和个人社交平台引起的国际反响和情感走向,阐明我国基础教育在提升国家形象方面的优势,提炼出中国基础教育在提升国家形象上的三种建构路径,分别是基于知识生产的专业主体路径、基于受众视角的精准传播路径和基于多边合作的国际认同路径。
In the era of globalization,national image plays an important role in enhancing a country's influence and attractiveness,and safeguarding its national interests.Improving national image through basic education is of theoretical value,and is practically possible.This study,based on a case analysis of Finland,Germany and Japan,summarizes international experience in the improvement of national image through basic education,including expanding advantageous fields by relying on multiple media,laying out educational institutions to promote cultural dissemination,and outputting issues with discourse strategies.Also,based on a Chinese case,the China-UK Math Teacher Exchange Program,this study analyzes the international responses and emotional trends resulting from Western mainstream media and personal social platforms,clarifies the advantages of China's basic education in improving China's national image,and summarizes the pathways for China to improve its national image through basic education:professional teachers based on knowledge production,accurate communication from the perspective of the audience,and international acceptance based on multilateral cooperation.
