摘要
为解决儿童肥胖症护理床传统升降控制方法下同步精度不足和适应性差的问题,研究设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的电动护理床自动升降控制系统,在此基础上改进设计模糊比例-积分-微分控制器控制算法以优化多床位的同步控制。结果显示,研究设计的模型同步误差更低,例如在负载为86.636 kg时,模糊自动控制下的最终位置误差为0.0017 m,低于传统自动方法。结果表明,研究设计的方法在同步精度和适应性方面表现较为优越,且能够在负载变化和环境干扰下维持稳定的同步升降操作。该方法在单独儿童肥胖症护理中,有利于减轻提升患者护理舒适度,而在医院群体护理环境中,可以大幅度减轻院方的护理负担。
To solve the problems of insufficient synchronization accuracy and poor adaptability in traditional lifting control methods for children’s obesity nursing beds,a programmable logic controller based automatic lifting control system for electric nursing beds was studied and designed.Based on this,the fuzzy proportional integral derivative controller control algorithm was improved to optimize the synchronization control of multiple beds.The fuzzy proportional integral derivative controller dynamically adjusted the control parameters and improved the system’s response performance under load changes and external disturbances.The results showed that the synchronization error of the research designed model was lower,for example,when the load was 86.636 kg,the final position error under fuzzy automatic control was 0.001746 meters,which was lower than traditional automatic methods.The results indicate that the research design method performs better in terms of synchronization accuracy and adaptability,and can maintain stable synchronous lifting operations under load changes and environmental disturbances.This method is beneficial for reducing and improving patient comfort in the care of individual childhood obesity,while in the nursing environment of hospital groups,it can significantly reduce the nursing burden of the hospital.
