摘要
调查研究是中国共产党开展思想政治工作的重要法宝,也是理性分析、准确判断思想政治教育发展关键问题的逻辑起点。调查研究应精准发力,聚焦青年群体与“硬核问题”,不断开创新时代思政教育新局面。在新的时代条件下,思想政治教育要坚持调研开路,以战略性调研确定重大目标和发展定位,以对策性调研解决实际工作中的堵点淤点难点,以前瞻性调研洞悉社会历史的新现象新特点新趋势,以跟踪性调研动态掌握问题的规律性认识,以解剖式调研分析异质性群体特征、矛盾和诉求,以督查式调研保障党的方针政策落到实处。开展思想政治教育调查研究既要注重研究分析的科学性,也要讲求调查方法的艺术性,善用丰富的方法开展调查研究,善以不同的距离掌握调查节奏,处理好科学性和经验性的相互关系,注重由道德层面上升到方法论层面。
Survey research is a crucial tool for the Communist Party of China(CPC)in conducting ideological and political work and serves as the logical starting point for rational analysis and accurate judgment of key issues in the development of ideological and political education.Such research should be precise and targeted,focusing on young groups and critical“hardcore”issues to continually pioneer new directions in the field.Under current conditions,ideological and political education must adopt survey research as its path forward:using strategic surveys to set major goals and developmental positioning,employing problem-solving surveys to overcome practical bottlenecks,applying forward-looking surveys to discern emerging trends in society and history,carrying out tracking surveys to dynamically understand issue regularities,conducting in-depth surveys to analyze the characteristics,contradictions,and demands of heterogeneous groups,and using oversight surveys to ensure the consistent implementation of the CPC’s guidelines.This process must accentuate not only the scientific rigor of analysis but also the artistic aspects of survey methodology,balancing empirical insights with methodological refinement and thereby elevating the discussion from a moral to a methodological level.
