摘要
为了排查某型高速柴油机连杆轴瓦烧蚀故障产生的原因,在对柴油机连杆、曲轴、主轴瓦以及活塞缸套等主要部件进行测量检查的基础上,采用故障树的方法对可能的因素逐一进行检查分析,确定柴油机滑油中金属类杂质含量超标且未做及时处理事是故障产生的原因,继而制定维修方案,恢复柴油机性能。定期对柴油机的滑油品质进行检测,对柴油机的安全运行至关重要。
In order to investigate the cause of the ablation fault of the con-rod bearing of a certain high-speed diesel engine,based on the measurement and inspection of the main components such as the connecting rod,crankshaft,main shaft bearing,and piston cylinder liner of the diesel engine,the fault tree method is used to examine and analyze possible factors one by one.It has been determined that the excessive content of metal impurities in the diesel engine lubricating oil and not treating them in time are the cause of the failure,and then the maintenance plan is formulated to restore the performance of the diesel engine.Regular inspection of the lubricating oil quality is crucial for the safe operation of the diesel engine.
