摘要
随着全球经济复杂性日益增加,推进供应链数字化已成为增强企业竞争优势的重要动力源泉。文章采用双重机器学习法和双重差分(DID)模型,结合中国供应链创新与应用试点的实践经验,并依托2008—2023年沪深A股上市公司数据,分析供应链数字化对企业韧性的作用。研究结果表明:供应链数字化对企业韧性的提升具有积极作用,这主要归因于技术创新与管理效率的双重优化,该结论通过了稳健性检验。进一步研究发现,该效应呈现显著异质性特征,在互联网基础设施完善、市场化程度高的区域以及规模较大企业和非国有企业中,供应链数字化的赋能效果更为突出。研究结论为实际政策制定和企业战略调整提供了科学依据。
As the complexity of the global economy continues to grow,advancing digitalization of the supply chain has become a crucial driver for enhancing a company's competitive edge.The article employs the double machine learning approach and the difference-in-differences(DID)model,draws on the practical experience of China's supply chain innovation and application pilot projects,and relies on data from A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2008 to 2023,to analyze the impact of supply chain digitalization on business resilience.According to the research findings,digitalization of the supply chain positively enhances business resilience.This is primarily due to the dual optimization of technological innovation and management efficiency,and this conclusion is valid in the robustness test.The further research reveals significant heterogeneity in this effect.The empowering impact of supply chain digitalization is more pronounced in regions with well-developed Internet infrastructure and higher level of marketization,and among larger and non-state-owned enterprises.The research conclusion provides a scientific basis for practical policy formulation and corporate strategy adjustments.
