摘要
针对当前随钻地质导向对丰富地层信息的迫切需求,以及多深度多频率随钻电磁波电阻率仪器自主研发的关键难题,本文对一种随钻多深度多频率电磁波仪器研制的关键技术开展了研究。介绍了多深度天线系结构及工作原理;对多频天线调谐网络进行了理论分析,设计了一种双频调谐网络及驱动电路模块,实现了多深度天线系在特定工作频率下的最佳发射效率及发射能量。仪器实际测试表明,多深度天线系具有较好的一致性,实际天线发射调谐响应及功率达到了设计要求。本研究为多深度多频率随钻电磁波电阻率仪器的自主研制及应用奠定了重要基础。
Given the pressing demand for comprehensive formation information during geosteering while drilling,as well as the critical challenge of independently developing a multi-depth and multi-frequency electromagnetic wave resis-tivity logging tool while drilling,this study focuses on the key technologies for the development of a multi-depth and multi-frequency electromagnetic wave instrument while drilling.The structure and operational principles of a multi-depth antenna array are presented,alongside a theoretical analysis of its multi-frequency antenna tuning net-work.A dual-frequency tuning network and drive circuit module have been designed to optimize the antenna trans-mitting efficiency and transmitting energy within the multi-depth antenna array at specific operating frequencies.Practical tests demonstrated that the multi-depth antenna array exhibited excellent consistency,with actual antenna transmitting tuning responses and power levels meeting design requirements.This study laid an important foundation for the independent development and application of the multi-depth and multi-frequency electromagnetic wave resis-tivity instrument while drilling.
